We held our wedding here last Saturday and all we can say is: You NEED to book here for your upcoming event. I can’t begin to describe how phenomenal of an experience Monica and her team provided. From the beginning planning phase, it has been a stress free seamless process. They are true professionals who are transparent, honest, accommodating and cost effective. You will get service that it worth it! We immediately knew this was the place for us because our initial experience made us feel that all the other venues we saw were sloppy used car salesmen. Our maitre-D Stephanie was incredible- responsive, kind, on top of her STUFF. It seemed unreal how easy this process has been with the whole team. The day of our wedding was magical and we owe it to Bello Giorno for doing their best to make sure us and our guests has the most special day. I didn’t have a wedding planner and didn’t need one because this venue takes care of it all! 5 stars accross the board. Our guest are still raving about the beautiful aesthetics, quality service, and excellent amenities. If I had to summarize my experience, I would describe it as home – this was a safe space where strangers treated all of us like family. Shout out to the food as well- y’all never tasted Italian like this THIS!

BEST day of our life! Bello Giorno is a hidden gem. The Italian food is incredible ( and the portions huge) The hospitality is like family. This is not a wedding factory. My close family and friends said it was by far the best wedding they have ever been to. This was the only place we looked at. The scenery is so picturesque by the river also. Thank you so much!

I had my wedding here on June 4, 2022. The venue was simply gorgeous and the perfect size for a smaller wedding party with very reasonable pricing options. You get the whole venue for the entire day which was a bonus. There is a separate bridal cottage for the wedding party to get ready in. The groomsmen had their own suite which was perfect for them to get changed and just hang out before the event. Monica, the owner was great and personable. She addressed all my needs in a timely manner. I knew right after meeting with her and seeing the venue that it was a perfect fit for us. The garden with the river in the background was just stunning. The food was amazing and the wedding cake is included with the wedding package which was a bonus. Stephanie, (your personal bridal assistant for the day) was also amazing. I had a plan and she kept everyone organized to make sure everything went smoothly and on time. She also answered all my questions prior to the wedding day so I felt at ease on my wedding day. I couldn’t have had a more perfect wedding day! I highly recommend this venue.

From the moment we drove onto the property we all knew we had found the special place for my daughter’s wedding. Before we even met Monica and Stephanie, we took the time to walk around this little piece of heaven tucked away on the banks of the Pequest river. I’ve never even heard of Belvedere New Jersey until I was researching venues for my children. What a hidden gem! Then we met Monica and Stephanie! It was love at first sight lol. Their welcoming smiles and courteous service made us feel right at home.

While touring the grounds with Stephanie, whom is an absolute doll, we realized the indoor/outdoor option will best suite not only our needs but our guests as well, especially due to Covid. I am Joanne’s husband and I’ve personally witnessed the origination of this event through fruition. My bride wanted a Hallmark movie wedding and boy did Monica and Stephanie ever deliver!! They tended to her every request no matter how minute, before, during and after the wedding. The atmosphere, wide selection of excellent food, and drinks service is phenomenal. Monica has a fantastic staff and other professionals that she recommended that just made our event literally seamless and over the top. From the carefully planned and manicured grounds to the modern clean amenities and private cottage for the bridal party to prepare, Monica’s team, who remained virtually invisible, as well as Bridal Assistant, Stephanie performed absolutely flawless to the highest degree of success. My husband and I had our wedding at Bello Giorno Estate on 10/10/2020. It was our fairytale wedding come true! When we went to look at the place, there was nothing we didn’t love about it. Monica and Stephanie are a pleasure to work with. They took all of our wedding ideas and brought them to life! Stephanie was a wonderful bridal assistant. I didn’t have to worry about anything that day, except to have a great time. The estate is absolutely gorgeous and the food was delicious. I can’t recommend this place enough! Bello Giorno is a beautiful venue to have your wedding ceremony and reception at. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, we had our wedding and reception outside with the reception under an open-sided tent. It was amazing, and we would not have had it any other way! The scenery of the Pequest River, the lush garden atmosphere, the wedding cottage for the bridal party to use and freshen up in during the wedding, the amazing patio, the beautiful arch by the Wedding tree, and the gazebo are just the beautiful beginning of what Bello Giorno has to offer. The service you get is the best. Monica Schiano, Stephanie, and her wonderful staff go above and beyond to make a perfect day for you! Monica was so supportive and comforting when needed during the entire process, and always made time for us. Stephanie was very attentive, calming and made sure all was going smoothly during the wedding day. The food was plentiful and delicious! If you want an elegant wedding in a natural, garden setting or whatever your heart desires, Bello Giorno is the place for you and Monica can make it happen! Bello Giorno implemented all CDC guidelines.

The beautiful decor and elegant outside English garden alongside the Pequest River made for an enchanting backdrop for our photo session. Our guests felt free to roam inside and out during the cocktail hour. Monica, the owner was so polite, accommodating, and easy to work with to make it the most perfect day. The food options and quality were what drew us in even further during the planning process. I could not have asked for a more perfect wedding, from start to finish.

From the moment we went to Bello Giorno and met Monica we knew that this was the place for our daughter’s Sweet 16. Her special day was held on July 14th, 2017. The staff was flexible and accommodating, the venue was beautiful and immaculate, the food was delicious and the gardens were majestic, and perfect for outdoor pictures. I would recommend this venue for all parties and small weddings. They even have a separate cottage for brides to get ready in that is so cute and large enough for her bridesmaids. Choosing Bello Giorno for my wedding venue was the best decision I made during the hectic planning process. Especially as a student currently living out of state, Bello Giorno made planning my wedding so easy as they provide everything you need for a wedding at one place for a great student-friendly price. They have a gorgeous ceremony area by the river as well as delicious catering on site (cake is provided by an outside bakery, and is also included in the cost). They also provide all the decorations you need, including but not limited to floral swag for the gazebo, white tulle and lights for the banisters, linens and table runners in many colors, and even draped cloth from the ceiling all at no extra cost after booking the venue! Monica and Stephanie, the wedding coordinators, were simply magical. I have never planned an event this big, and I expected the day of the wedding to be hectic with trying to stay on schedule while coordinating the food, photographers and DJ, but Stephanie and Monica kept everything moving and kept all the vendors on time and the guests happy. I was able to simply enjoy my wedding day without any worry. They were even able to accommodate a guest who had recent health issues and requested a low sodium plate last minute. Although it rained on my big day, the indoor ceremony in the sun room was still beautiful and Bello Giorno staff quickly converted the ceremony room into the cocktail room without a hitch. They shuttled me between the cottage and reception hall with umbrellas and Stephanie’s car, and my dress remained pristine! Also, kudos to Stephanie for figuring out my bustle!!! THANK YOU, BELLO GIORNO FOR A PERFECT RAINY WEDDING DAY!

Beautiful venue and outdoor setting-a little taste of Tuscany, Italy! Monica , Stephanie and staff were attentive to every need and the food (of course) was outstanding!! We were told of this venue by friends and we would highly recommend Bello Giorno to everyone. Mydaughter, Diana said ‘see Mom, I told you it would be a wonderful experience!’ It most certainly was. After about 9 frustrating months of searching for a venue (and being on a budget) I was very fortunate to find Bello Giorno. Monica was the first person we encountered who really listened and understood what we envisioned for our wedding. Throughout the planning process Monica was very accessible and accommodating, and always quick to answer my very many questions. We got married on June 25 of this year and everything about Bello Giorno was absolutely wonderful. The venue was beautiful, the food was incredible and the staff was very friendly, attentive and helpful. We could not have hoped for a more amazing day.

From time to time we may all say…where has the time gone? It was early May 2015 when my daughter, her maid of honor (my other daughter) and I met for the first time with Monica and Stephanie at Bello Giorno. The elegant setting inside and out sold us immediately. Now, we all couldn’t wait for May 20, 2016! My daughter could envision her special day at no other location. As we’ve enjoyed the food on several occasions that was never a concern. The more difficult question was going to be what to choose to offer the guests. While my daughters plans moved forward there was never a time that Monica was;t able to answer a question and reassure her and was always accommodating. Fast forward to the rehearsal and wedding day… my son-in-law’s family chose to take all those attending the rehearsal dinner to Mama’s Cafe Baci, Bello Giorno’s sister restaurant in Hackettstown. There we had a private low key evening of delicious options we didn’t chose for the wedding but throughly enjoyed. This night was a precursor of the next day. ALL the food was delicious and no one left hungry! We celebrated a beautiful thing, “marriage” at an amazing “hidden gem” of a venue with family and friends. We are so very blessed to have joined our two families as one and cherish the memories we created at Bello Giorno. Thanks for your professional guidance, kindness and love of life and marriage!

Tania, Monica and staff planned this wedding in approximately 6 weeks!
They went above and beyond to help serve the Grooms Grandparents that were in wheelchairs. They served them, made sure they had everything they needed and more! The professionalism and organization of this wedding was simply AMAZING!

I was married here last Saturday and I have been trying to think about what to write about Bello Giorno and I just kept blanking not because I had nothing to say but rather because I had too many wonderful things to say. From day one Monica, Tania, and Steph made me feel wonderful and at home. It truly was like family. The day came and Tania ran around like a maniac making sure everything was perfect as if it were her own wedding ( in a good way). It rained, or should I say poured at the time we were supposed to have our ceremony. Tania knew how important it was for me to have it outside so she made it happen. She magically produced 100 white umbrellas and we were married under the maple tree out back surrounded by rain and twinkle lights. Workings with all of you throughout the pllanning of our wedding was a joy. We mean that sincerely, because you made everything so smooth and easy. Whenever things got a little crazy in other areas of the planning, we always knew we could depend on you to take care of things in the catering department. It was such a comforting feeling being able to call you and ask for those last minute things, knowing you would be happy to do it (like providing extra urns when we wanted to serve hot cider as the weather suddenly got colder!)

We can honestly say we’ve never experienced customer satisfaction at the level you provided it: your complimentary tasting with lots of goodies to take home, your complimentary appetizers the night before the wedding while we decorated the Lodge, (Todd loved his special sandwich!) AND multiple package upgrades (at no extra charge!) made us feel really special. Not to mention the heart-shaped pizza you sent to the wedding and all the care Samantha and the other girls took managing the buffet and bar throughout the night. Our guests loved the food, and we couldn’t have had a better wedding day.

You really made us feel like family, and in today’s world, we appreciate that more than you know. We would tell anyone we know looking for a good caterer that Mama’s should be at the top of the list.
