Every Wedding has out of town guests attending, some of who you may not have a chance to visit with until the Wedding. Here are some great ideas for making them feel welcome and special.
In their hotel room leave a decorative gift bag for them when they check in. Items to include, things like water bottles, snacks, gift cards to local eateries or attractions and a map of the local area.
If children are included add something special for them as well.
An itinerary for their stay, with Wedding and Family Events you have scheduled should be included also. Information for a local car service if needed. Lastly, include a short welcome note from the Bride and Groom. Your guests will certainly feel welcome knowing that you took the time out to think of them!
