Tortellini – meat or cheese in alfredo sauce

Ravioli – meat, cheese, or spinach in your choice of tomato basil, rosa, vodka, or alfredo sauce

Farfalle Creamy Pesto – Farfalle pasta in pesto sauce with a touch of cream

Penne Alfredo with broccoli

Rigatoni Campagna – artichoke, sundried tomato, broccoli, in sherry wine sauce topped with mozzarella cheese

Penne Di Santo – marinaded eggplant, grilled zucchini, grape tomato and capers in a spicy tomato sauce

Cavatelli and Broccoli – small ricotta pasta sauteed with broccoli and garlic in a sherry wine sauce or traditional tomato basil sauce

Pasta Della Nonna – artichoke and sundried tomato in a creamy rosa sauce
